Sonar is a remote control for Sonos speakers on your own network. These are the same two documents shown inside the app, word for word.

These terms cover your use of Sonar. By using the app you agree to them. Please read them, and if you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Sonar on devices you own or control. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse engineer or otherwise misuse the app.
Sonar is an independent app. It is not made, endorsed, sponsored or supported by Sonos, Inc. Product names are used only to describe what the app works with, and belong to their respective owners.
Sonar Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the period already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
Sonar plays content you already have access to, on speakers you own. It does not host, sell or rebroadcast music. You are responsible for holding the rights to whatever you play.
Sonar depends on your home network, your speakers, and services run by others. We cannot guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted, and features may change over time.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Sonar after an update means you accept the revised version.
